sec.100 Appeal
The authority or a person may appeal to the industrial court under the rules of court governing the practice of the court against— a decision of an industrial magistrate in an appeal under section 92 (3) ; or a decision of the commission in an appeal under section 99 (2) . An appeal under subsection (1) is limited to— error of law; or excess, or want, of jurisdiction.
