Fees (Second Schedule).
13.—(1.) The fees for the several matters that are referred to in the first column of the Second Schedule to these Regulations are the fees respectively specified in the second column of that Schedule.
(2.) For the purposes of the Second Schedule to these Regulations, the overall length, in feet, of a boat is the number of feet, disregarding any part of a foot, in the length of an imaginary straight line following the centre of the main deck of the boat from the fore side of the stem of the boat to the aft side of the stern.
