#### 69 Proof of certain matters not required 69 Proof of certain matters not required > In any proceedings under this Act no proof is required (until evidence is given to the contrary) of— > > > (a) the appointment of the Chairperson of the EPA Board, the CEO of the EPA, or any member of the staff of the EPA, or > > > (b) the appointment of an authorised officer, or > > > (c) the fact that a person is, or at any relevant time was, the owner or occupier of any land to which the proceedings relate. > > **s 69:** Am 2008 No 111, Sch 1 \[29\]; 2011 No 63, Sch 3.1 \[3\]; 2022 No 3, Sch 1\[25\].
