#### 24 Court orders in connection with offences 24 Court orders in connection with offences > > (1) Division 2A of Part 10, as inserted by the amending Act, extends to proceedings that were initiated, but not determined, before the commencement of the Division. > > > (2) Proceedings are not determined for the purposes of subclause (1) even if all that remains to be completed is the sentencing of an offender.
