Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Container Refund Scheme Regulations 2023 and take effect on the day they are notified in the Gazette (s3, s2). These regulations may be cited as the Container Refund Scheme Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2025 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Container Refund Scheme Regulations 2023 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Container Refund Scheme Regulations 2023 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
