Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Container Refund Scheme Regulations 2023 and take effect when their making is notified in the Gazette (regs 1–2). These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Container Refund Scheme Regulations 2023 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Container Refund Scheme Regulations 2023 .
