10 Container refund scheme established
(1) A container refund scheme is established to enable the payment of refunds for approved containers that are returned to container refund points operated under the scheme.
(2) The scheme established under subsection (1) –
(a) applies in respect of approved containers; and
(b) is managed by a scheme coordinator; and
(c) is facilitated by a network operator.
