6 Second‑hand quad bikes
(1) This instrument does not apply in relation to a second‑hand quad bike, subject to subsection (2). (2) This instrument applies in relation to a quad bike if: (a) it has been imported into Australia; and (b) when it was imported, it was second‑hand.
