(1) Part 2 of this instrument, and Schedule 1 to this instrument, apply in relation to a quad bike on or after the day that is 12 months after the day this instrument commences. (2) Part 3 of this instrument applies in relation to a quad bike on or after the day that is 24 months after the day this instrument commences.
