338 Regulations
(1) The Administrator may make regulations under this Act.
(3) A regulation may provide for an offence punishable by a penalty not
exceeding 100 penalty units for a natural person or 500 penalty
units for a body corporate.
339 Repeals
The enactments specified in Schedule 2 are repealed.
340 Savings and transitional provisions
Schedule 3 has effect.
