335 Secrecy
(1) Subject to subsection (2), a person shall not divulge or
communicate information which the person acquires by reason of
being employed or engaged or otherwise concerned in or in
connection with the administration or enforcement of this Act
except:
(a) with the consent of the person from whom the information was
obtained; or
(b) in connection with the administration or enforcement of this
Act; or
(c) to the Commissioner of Police; or
(d) for the purposes of legal proceedings.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Commissioner or the Director
or a person authorised by the Commissioner or the Director may
communicate to the appropriate Minister or official of the Crown in
right of the Commonwealth or of the Territory or of any State or
other Territory of the Commonwealth information which the
Commissioner or the Director considers should be communicated
for the purpose of the administration or enforcement of any law of
the Commonwealth, of the Territory, or of any State or other
Territory of the Commonwealth.
