333 Allegation that person was a consumer If it is alleged in any proceedings under this Act, or in any other proceedings in respect of a matter arising under this Act, that a person was a consumer in relation to particular goods or services, it shall be presumed until the contrary is established that that person was a consumer in relation to those goods or services.
