332 Infringement notices
(1) Regulations made under this Act may:
(a) prescribe the payment of a prescribed amount in lieu of a
penalty which may otherwise be imposed for an offence
against this Act or Regulations made under this Act; and
(b) prescribe the service of notices on persons alleged to have
infringed this Act or Regulations made in relation to this Act
and particulars to be included in such notices.
(2) The Commissioner and the Director are enforcement agencies for
the purposes of the Fines and Penalties (Recovery) Act 2001.
