331 Liability for act or default of officer, employee or agent
For this Act, other than Part 5 and the Australian Consumer Law
(NT), an act or default of an officer, employee or agent of a person
carrying on a business will be taken to be an act or default of that
person unless it is proved that the officer, employee or agent acted
outside the scope of his or her actual, usual and ostensible
authority.
