308 Criminal liability (1) Sections 306 and 307 do not affect the criminal liability of a person for a breach of section 247 or 280 respectively. (2) Where a pawnbroker commits an offence against this Part in relation to a contract, the other party to the contract does not by reason only of being a party to the contract take part in committing the offence.
