290 When goods to be redeemed
Subject to section 291, where pawned goods have not been sold
the pawnbroker must deliver the goods to a person who:
(a) produces to the pawnbroker the pawn ticket for the goods; and
(b) requests the redemption of the goods; and
(c) pays the pawnbroker, or tenders to the pawnbroker payment
of, all money owing under the contract under which the goods
were pawned.
