Where a Court has made an order under section 272 in relation to
the suspension or revocation of, or disqualification in relation to, a
licence, the Court is to ensure that:
(a) notice of the findings, penalty imposed and orders made in
relation to the matter; and
(b) where relevant, any licence that has been delivered up to the
Court;
is sent to the Director.
