262 Refusal to grant or renew licences
(1) Where the Director refuses to grant a licence the Director, before
28 days after the decision is made, is to serve the applicant with
written notice setting out the decision and the reasons for the
decision.
(2) Where the Director refuses to renew a licence the Director, no later
than 14 days before the day on which the licence is due to expire, is
to serve the applicant with written notice setting out the decision
and the reasons for the decision.
