261 Grant and renewal of licences held by partnerships and bodies corporate Where an application is made for the grant or renewal of a licence by a partnership or a body corporate, the Director is not to grant or renew the licence unless the Director is satisfied as to each of the matters referred to in section 259 or 260, as the case may be, in relation to each of the following persons who is relevant to the application: (a) the partnership and the partners; (b) the body and the body's officers.
