260 Renewal of licences
The Director may renew a licence if the Director is satisfied:
(a) in relation to the matters mentioned in section 259(e) to (t) to
the extent that those matters apply to the renewal of a licence;
and
(b) that the licensee has not contravened:
(i) a provision of this Part; or
(ii) the licence or a condition or restriction to which the
licence is subject;

in circumstances rendering the renewal of the licence to be
inappropriate; and
(c) that no application to NTCAT for review of a decision made
under this Part is pending in respect of the licensee.
