255 Application for renewal of licence
(1) An application for the renewal of a licence is to be:
(a) made in an approved form and lodged with the Director; and
(b) accompanied by the prescribed fee; and
(c) made within 3 months before the day on which the licence is
due to expire.
(2) If an application for renewal is made while the licence is still in
force, the licence remains in force until the date that the applicant is
notified of the outcome of the renewal application.

(3) If an application for renewal is granted, the renewed licence is
taken to have commenced on the date following the expiry date of
the licence it renews.
