241 Registers of undertakings (1) The Commissioner shall maintain in such form as the Commissioner thinks fit registers of undertakings given pursuant to section 240(1). Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading Act 1990 91 (2) Where a person executes a deed containing undertakings pursuant to section 240(1), the Commissioner shall: (a) retain the deed and enter in a register of undertakings the prescribed particulars with respect to the deed; and (b) give a copy of the deed to the person who executed it. (3) A register of undertakings may, at any reasonable time, be inspected by any person free of charge.
