19 Issue of identity card
(1) The Commissioner must issue to each person appointed as an
authorised officer under section 18(3) an identity card stating the
person's name and that the person is an authorised officer.
(2) The Director must issue to each person appointed as an authorised
officer under section 18(4) an identity card stating the person's
name and that the person is an authorised officer.
(3) The identity card must:
(a) display a recent photograph of the authorised officer; and
(b) state the card's date of issue; and
(c) be signed by the authorised officer.
