181 Contracts not to exclude Part 10
(1) Subject to subsection (2), a term of an agreement which purports to
exclude or limit the operation of this Part, or to preclude any right of
action or any defence based on or arising out of any failure to
comply with this Part, is void.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an agreement the parties to which
are a licensed dealer and a body corporate.
