180 Director's certificate as evidence
(1) A certificate signed by the Director stating that a person specified in
the certificate was or was not, on a date or dates or during a period
so specified, the holder of a licence so specified is, in all courts and
before all persons and bodies authorised to receive evidence,
evidence of the matter so stated.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), a document that purports to
have been signed by the Director shall be taken to have been so
signed unless the contrary is proved.
