175 Advertisements by dealers A dealer must not publish or permit to be published an advertisement relating to or connected with the business of the dealer unless the advertisement states that the dealer is a licensed dealer, and specifies the dealer's licence number and place of business (or, if the dealer has 2 or more places of business, the dealer's principal place of business).
