16 Offence to fail to provide information
(1) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the Director requests information from, or asks a question of,
the person under section 14; and
(b) the Director informs the person that it is an offence not to give
the requested information or answer the asked question; and
(c) the person fails to give the requested information or answer
the asked question.
(2) If a person is found guilty of an offence under subsection (1), the
court may order that the person provide the information, or answer
the question, that was the subject of the offence.
