153 Licence to be displayed
(1) A licensed dealer must display the licence held by the dealer at all
times in a conspicuous position:
(a) at the place where the licence authorises the dealer to carry
on business; or
(b) if there are 2 or more such places, at the place stated in the
licence as the holder's principal place of business.

(2) Where:
(a) the Director has:
(i) by a notice under section 150(2), varied a term or
condition of a licence or imposed new terms or
conditions on a licence; or
(ii) imposed under section 144(2) conditions subject to
which a person may carry on the business to which the
licence of a deceased dealer related; and
(b) the licence has not been produced for endorsement pursuant
to a requirement in the notice or, as the case may be, a
requirement of the Director under section 144(4);
subsection (1) is not complied with unless a copy of the notice or,
as the case may require, of the conditions imposed under
section 144(2) is exhibited with the licence.
