15 Self-incrimination
(1) A person is not excused from giving any information or answering
any question, if required to do so under section 14, on the ground
that the information or answer might tend to incriminate the person
or make the person liable to a penalty.
(2) However, the information or answer mentioned in subsection (1) is
not admissible in evidence against the person in any criminal
proceeding other than a proceeding for an offence against this Act.
