145 Powers of Director
Where any of the grounds specified in section 146 exists, the
Director has power, subject to and in accordance with this
Subdivision:
(a) to revoke a licence; or
(b) to suspend a licence for a specified period; or
(c) to vary any term or condition to which a licence is subject or
impose new terms or conditions.
