139 Notification of Director's decision
(1) The Director must give the applicant a written notice setting out the
Director's decision on the application.
(2) If the Director decides to refuse the application, or to grant a licence
to the applicant subject to terms or conditions, the notice under
subsection (1) must include a statement of the fact that the
applicant may apply to NTCAT under section 329A(3) for review of
the decision.
