133 Director may require additional information
(1) An applicant for a licence shall, if required to do so by the Director,
provide the Director with such particulars additional to those
included in the application, and with such documents in relation to
those particulars, as the Director requires.
(2) The Director may require the applicant for a licence or, where the
applicant is a body corporate, all or any of the directors or other
persons concerned in the management of the body corporate, to
appear personally before the Director and to furnish such further
information as the Director requires in connection with the
application.
