124B Regulations for the purposes of this Part (1) Regulations made for the purposes of this Part may specify conditions that are to be complied with by persons who act as promoters of third-party trading schemes or supply goods or services as parties to third-party trading schemes. (2) Regulations made for the purposes of subsection (1) may specify different conditions in relation to different third-party trading schemes. (3) Regulations made for the purposes of subsection (1) do not apply in relation to a third-party trading scheme that was in existence in the Territory immediately before the commencement of this section.
