124A Offences
(1) A person must not:
(a) act as a promoter of a prohibited third-party trading scheme;
or
(b) as a party to a prohibited third-party trading scheme, supply
goods or services; or
(c) publish an advertisement relating to a prohibited third-party
trading scheme or cause such an advertisement to be
published.
(2) A person who acts as a promoter of a third-party trading scheme or
supplies goods or services as a party to a third-party trading
scheme must not breach a condition prescribed for the purposes of
Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading Act 1990 48
section 124B(1) in relation to a third-party trading scheme of the
type for which he or she acts as a promoter or to which he or she is
a party.
