12 Annual report (1) The Commissioner must give to the Minister annually a report on the Commissioner's activities. (3) The Commissioner must not, unless satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so, disclose in any report furnished pursuant to this section: (a) information with respect to any plant, equipment or process used in a business carried on by a person; or (b) information with respect to a person's financial affairs. (4) The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
