115 Application of Part 8
This Part applies to and in relation to a reporting agency or trader
where:
(a) the reporting agency or trader provides a prescribed report to
a person carrying on business or letting premises in the
Territory; and
(b) the person to whom the report relates is domiciled or resident
in the Territory.
