86 Surrender of licences
(a) the person’s licence has been suspended or cancelled; and
(b) the person does not surrender the licence to the registrar within
2 weeks after the day of suspension or cancellation.
(2) Each partner commits an offence if—
(a) the partnership’s licence has been suspended or cancelled; and
(b) the licence is not surrendered to the registrar within 2 weeks
after the day of suspension or cancellation.
(3) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (1)
or (2) if the defendant proves that the licence has been destroyed, lost
or stolen.
(4) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (2)
