62 Builders licence affected by occupational discipline or other action (1) This section applies if a licensee has a builders licence and 1 of the following applies: (a) the registrar becomes aware that the licence has been automatically suspended under division 5.1; (b) the registrar suspends the licence under section 59 (Interim licence suspension); (c) a defined occupational discipline order is made in relation to the (2) The registrar must notify each building certifier in writing about the action taken in relation to the licence as soon as practicable.
