61 Revocation of interim suspension (1) This section applies if the registrar suspends a licence under section 59 (Interim licence suspension). (2) The registrar may, at any time before the ACAT makes an occupational discipline order, revoke the suspension by written notice given to the licensee. (3) If the registrar revokes the suspension of a licensee licensed as a builder, the registrar must notify in writing each entity notified of the suspension under section 62.
