50 Automatic suspension of partnership licence (1) This section applies to a partnership that is licensed in a construction occupation or occupation class. (2) The partnership’s licence in the construction occupation or occupation class is automatically suspended if— (a) a partner’s licence in the same occupation or class is suspended or cancelled; or (b) a partner who is not a licensee is found guilty, whether in the ACT or anywhere else, of an offence that— (ii) is punishable by imprisonment for at least 1 year.
