49 Automatic suspension of corporate licence (1) This section applies to a corporation that is licensed. (2) The corporation’s licence is automatically suspended if the corporation— (a) becomes the subject of a winding-up order; or (b) is placed into administration, receivership or liquidation; or (c) is found guilty, whether in the ACT or anywhere else, of an offence that— (ii) is punishable by imprisonment for at least 1 year.
