47G Undertaking not admission of fault etc (1) This section applies if an entity gives the registrar a rectification undertaking in relation to a contravention or alleged contravention of this Act or an operational Act, whether or not the undertaking is accepted by the registrar. (2) Giving the undertaking is not— (a) an express or implied admission of fault or liability by the entity in relation to the contravention or alleged contravention; or (b) relevant to deciding fault or liability in relation to the contravention or alleged contravention. (3) A rectification undertaking is not admissible in evidence in a court or tribunal in any proceeding in relation to the contravention or alleged
