47FEnding rectification undertaking

47F Ending rectification undertaking (1) The registrar may end a rectification undertaking by written notice to the entity that gave the undertaking, if satisfied on reasonable grounds that the undertaking is no longer necessary or desirable to ensure that the person complies with this Act or an operational Act. (2) The registrar may act under subsection (1) on the registrar’s own initiative or on the application of the entity that gave the undertaking. (3) The undertaking ends when the entity that gave the undertaking receives the registrar’s notice.
