47C Notice of decision and reasons for decision (1) The registrar must give an entity that proposes to give a rectification undertaking written notice of the registrar’s decision to accept or reject the rectification undertaking and of the reasons for the decision. (2) A written notice to accept the rectification undertaking must include information about the following: (a) the effect of accepting the undertaking; (b) the consequences of contravening the undertaking; (c) withdrawing or varying the undertaking; (d) anything else prescribed by regulation.
