24A Eligibility for licence renewal
(1) A regulation may prescribe when an entity is eligible, or not eligible,
for renewal of a licence in a construction occupation or occupation
class, including the qualifications the entity must have to be eligible
for renewal of the licence.
(2) A regulation may prescribe how an applicant may, or must,
demonstrate that the applicant satisfies a requirement in relation to an
application for renewal.
