14 What is a plumbing plan certifier?
(1) A plumbing plan certifier is an entity that provides, has provided or
proposes to provide a plumbing plan certification service.
(2) A plumbing plan certification service is the doing of plumbing plan
certification work.
plumbing plan certification work means anything a certifier
appointed under the Water and Sewerage Act 2000 may or must do
under that Act.
