125 Protection of registrar, advisory boards etc (1) This section applies to a person who is, or has been— (a) the registrar or a deputy registrar; or (b) an advisory board member. (2) A civil proceeding does not lie against a person to whom this section applies in relation to loss, damage or injury of any kind to someone else because of an act done, or omitted to be done honestly in the exercise (or purported exercise) of a function under this Act.
