117 Who may complain?
(1) Anyone who believes a licensee is contravening, or a licensee or
former licensee has contravened, this Act, or an operational Act, may
complain to the registrar.
(2) Notice of a contravention given under the Building Act 2004,
section 50 (Notification by certifier of contraventions of building and
development approvals—building work) is taken to be a complaint
made under this section.
