108 Recording rectification orders
(1) If the registrar makes a rectification order, the registrar must include
the following in the register in relation to the order:
(a) the date the order was made;
(b) what the rectification order required.
(2) However, the registrar may only include information under
subsection (1) if the person to whom the rectification order relates—
(a) has not applied for review of the decision to make the order
within the period allowed under the ACT Civil and
Administrative Tribunal Act 2008; or
(b) has applied for review of the decision but the ACAT has not set
aside the rectification order.
