45 Appropriation of money
(1) There is payable to the Agency such money as is appropriated by the Parliament for the purposes of the Agency. (2) The Minister for Finance may give directions as to the amounts in which, and the times at which, money mentioned in subsection (1) is to be paid to the Agency.
